Michelle passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on July 23, 2022. She was 52 years old.
Michelle was born on July 16, 1970 in El Paso, Texas. She attended Bel Air High School initially and graduated from Eastwood High School in 1988.
Michelle married the love of her life, Richard Dominguez, whom she met when she was just 19 years old. She adored her family and spent every day of her life caring for them. She and Richard created a beautiful home that Michelle added her special touches to in so many wonderful ways. She was the kindest and most understanding person you could ever hope to meet. She had a great sense of humor and loved her two dogs, Ozzy and Dixie, as though they were her children.
Michelle is survived by her husband, Richard; her children, Stacy Estrada (Robert), Kayla Dominguez (Vincent Trevino) and Ryan Dominguez; her siblings Valarie Guzman (Scott), Cindi Newberry (John), David Braeutigam (Tawnya), Joe Braeutigam (Mary Jo), and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. She was most proud recently of her role as Grandma “Mimi” to Stacy and Robert’s two beautiful children, Lucas and Laurie.
Preceding Michelle in death was her parents, Max and Diane Braeutigam, and her brothers Michael Braeutigam and Clay Waldo.
A celebration of life will take place at Hillcrest Funeral Home with a short service beginning at 3:00pm. The family will be available to visit with until 6:00pm on Saturday, July 30, 2022. Please dress in light and bright clothes.
