May the Lord lift up his countenance upon you, and give you peace. Maria Teresa Torrez, 92, peacefully passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at her home in El Paso, TX surrounded by her Family. Preceded in death by her Husband, Roberto P. Torrez and daughters Rebecca and Angelica Torrez. She is survived by her children, Anna Maria Carmona, Isabel and Neto Lozano, Irene and Sergio Flores, Rose Marie (Lupe) Andrade, Robert S. and Sandra Torrez, Carmen and Eddie (Lalito) Olivas, Georgia and Simon Morales, 19 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. Recitation of the Rosary will be held Sunday, May 15, 2016 at 7 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Central, 3839 Montana. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 16, 2016 at 9:45 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 2709 Alabama St. with interment to follow at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Robert Christopher Torrez, Joshua Olivas, Jacob Olivas, Michael Morales, Augustin Lozano, Guillermo Carmona, Omar Ontiveros and Mark Serrano.
