To the family of Keith Deputy:

We started out to attend the service but severe thunderstorm halted our trip (we were coming from Silver City).

I worked with Keith in conjunction with Supima, SWIG, and buying organic and conventional Pima cotton.

I grieve the loss of this highly accomplished professional.
I know Keith can never be duplicated.

Keith was one of the first people who helped me understand cotton when I took the position of Ag Extension Agent for Dona Ana County, NM. He was a great guy who could offer up so much knowledge and truly was there to help others. Peace be unto him and his family. Jeff Anderson

I worked with Kieth a lot over the years on insect problems in the area. I just learned today that he had passed away. I considered Kieth a good friend. I did not know he had been sick. Please accept my condolences. 

I am writing what has turned out to be a very long book on pink bollworm eradication. Keith is featured in the book in several places. I found a picture in an ag press article showing him beside a mist blower sprayer he used to control pink bollworms. I put that picture in the book.  I have not quite finished the book, but I think the sections in which I cited Keith are good to go. We are so shocked and saddened about the loss of Keith. I hadn't seen him in awhile but used to see him regularly in the boll weevil eradication days and always enjoyed talking to him. Such a loss.

Allison, our hearts break for your loss.  Keith was a good man..  We pray for peace and comfort for you and your family during this difficult time.  Know that God has his arms wrapped around you and will carry you when you need it most.
