Jose is survived by daughter Irma Gonzales (Hector Gonzales).

Jose was preceded in death by his spouse Eva S Torres; son Roy L Torres.

A private graveside for Jose will be held Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at 9:30 AM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, Texas 79906.
