He also worked in Hancock ISD for 10 years as a school bus driver. He enjoyed and loved hunting, fishing, dancing, and bowling. His favorite football team was the Dallas Cowboys and his favorite baseball team was the New York Yankees. Preceded by mother Adela Lopez. His siblings Tomas, Amelia, Alfredo, Aurora, Lucy, Genovevo. Survivors his spouse Pilar B. Castro, Children Gloria (Julio) Cruz, Corina (Sergio) Nunez, Jose (Gina) Castro Jr. Grandchildren Julio (Wendy) Cruz Jr, Cesar (Erika) Cruz, Karina (Edwin) Moloy, Bobby (Theresa) Maldonado, Joey (Vanessa) Maldonado, Andres Alderete, Alejandro Alderete. Great Grandchildren Ashley Cruz, Bryan Cruz, C.J.
