Joel Garcia Parra, 53 years old. Resident of El Paso, Texas. Preceded in death by Father Sergio Garcia; Brothers Sergio and Renato Garcia. Survived by mother Ofelia Parra; Son Joel Garcia Jr.; Sister Brenda Nevarez and spouse Oscar; Nieces Zaydhel, Itzel, Yadira, Debbie, Karen, Denise, Cenia, Kenia and Dania; Nephews Sergio Jr. and Oscar Jr. You will be missed by all of us.
A visitation for Joel will be held Monday, January 2, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Martin Funeral Home East, 1460 George Dieter Drive, El Paso, TX 79936, followed by a vigilia at 2:00 PM.
