Joe is survived by his wife, Carolyn Thompson; his son Michael Anthony Chandler (Tiffany Barlow); his sisters-in-law Georgia, Elizabeth, Diana; brothers-in-law Edward and Larry; his grandson Elijah, his granddaughter Collette, his niece Brittney, his nephews Juan and his Ruben Avila.
Visitation for Joe will be held Tuesday, December 13, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM followed by a Rosary at 6:00 PM at Martin Funeral Home West, 128 N Resler Dr, El Paso, Texas 79912. Funeral Mass will take place Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 1:00 PM at St. Patrick Cathedral, 1118 N Mesa St, El Paso, Texas 79902. Graveside Service will follow at 2:30 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, Fort Bliss, Texas 79906.
