Hortencia S. Palacios, age 96, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Friday, November 15, 2024.

Hortencia is survived by her son Paul Jacob Palacios; her daughter Irma D. Winbush; her daughter Irene Saucier; and her daughter Margie Jurado.

Hortencia was preceded in death by her husband Apolinar Palacios; her daughter Maria Elena White.

Mrs. Palacios also leaves behind eleven (11) Grandchildren and fourteen(14) Great Grandchildren to love and cherish her memory for many years to come.

A visitation for Hortencia will be held Tuesday, November 26, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Martin Central, 3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79903. A rosary will occur Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 7:00 PM, 3839 Montana Ave., El Paso, Texas 79903. A funeral mass will occur Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at 12:15 PM at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 9025 Diana Dr, El Paso, Texas 79904. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, TX 79906.
