A Héctor lo sobreviven su esposa, María Alicia Vargas; sus hijos (a) Héctor Vargas, Victor Hugo Vargas, Blanca Beatriz Vargas y Gabriela Vargas; y sus cinco nietos.

La Velación para Héctor se realizará el martes, 9 de noviembre de 2021 de 3:00 PM a 7:00 PM con servicio de Vigilia de 5:00 PM a 6:00 PM en la funeraria Martin, 128 North Resler Drive, El Paso, TX 79912.
