Hector Flores

Hector Flores, 78 passed away peacefully at home on March 5, 2015. Hector was born on June 5, 1936 to Juan Pablo And Maria De Jesus Flores in Jalpa, Mexico. Since 1966, he and his loving wife of 54 years Raquel Flores have called El Paso home. He is survived by his children Nora Ellis (Joseph), Adria Flores (Danny), Raquel Guzman (Jesus) and Hector A. Flores, MD (Celina) as well as his grandchildren Raquel, Lillian, Adrian, Elizabeth, Jesus, Hector Javier and Alexis and his brothers Antonio (Helen) and Ariel (Rosa, Ariel, Karla) and the members of Roger Bacon Catholic church.

An accountant by trade, Hector became the owner operator of several businesses here in El Paso until he retired in 1996. He was a devoted husband an exemplary father and grandparent. He touched the lives of many with his generous heart and quick wit. His extraordinary character, love of life and faith in the Lord will be celebrated by family and friends at the visitation Sunday, March 8, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with the Rosary/Vigil Service at 6:00 p.m. at FDA Martin Funeral Home Central Chapel. Funeral Mass will be Monday, March 9, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Roger Bacon Seminary. Interment will be held at Evergreen East Cemetery.
