Guadalupe Polanco Martinez

Guadalupe Polanco Martinez, age 89, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2021. Guadalupe was born November 1, 1931 to Juanita Garcia and Guadalupe Polanco. She was married to her loving husband Ramon for 67 years.

Guadalupe is survived by her son Mario Martinez (Mari); her son Rodolfo Martinez (Irma); her son Ruben Martinez; her daughter Josefina Salazar (Tony); her daughter Juanita Villareal (Sammy); her daughter Carmen Schweikert (Paul); her daughter Socorro Fierro (Ray); her daughter Cecilia Marquez (Nacho); her daughter Lucia Guerrero (Tony); and her daughter-in-law Carmen Acosta.

Guadalupe was preceded in death by her husband Ramon Martinez; her son Danny Acosta; her father Guadalupe Polanco and her mother Juanita Garcia.

Mrs. Martinez also leaves behind 25 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and many great-great grandchildren to cherish her memory.

A visitation for Guadalupe will be held Sunday, September 19, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Little Flower Catholic Church, 171 Polo Inn Rd, El Paso, Texas 79915. A vigil will occur Sunday, September 19, 2021 at 6:30 PM, 171 Polo Inn Rd, El Paso, Texas 79915. A funeral mass will occur Monday, September 20, 2021 at 10:00 AM, 171 Polo Inn Rd, El Paso, Texas 79915. A graveside will occur Monday, September 20, 2021 at Mt Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, Texas 79907.
