Francisco (Boots) Salazar, 85, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 1, 2024. He graduated from Bowie High School. He was the thirteenth of fifteen children and dedicated his life’s work to his passion of auto mechanics working at Rudolph Chevrolet, Story Cadillac and White’s Auto Parts. He is preceded in death by his parents, thirteen siblings, and his wife Celia Salazar. He is survived by his children Liz Ramirez (Daniel), Michael Salazar (Samantha), Marie Maldonado (Dr. Hector), grandchildren Matthew, Carissa, Martin, Stephen, great-granddaughters Riley and Noah, and sister Juana Villalobos. Francisco will be greatly missed. Please join the family in honoring his life and memory.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2024 from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm with Rosary at 7:00 pm at Martin Funeral Home West. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 20, 2024 at 12:00 pm at St. Pius X Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Evergreen East Cemetery. Services entrusted to Martin Funeral Home West, 128 North Resler Dr., El Paso, Texas.
