Carol Robertson

Carol Witz Robertson, a long- time resident of El Paso, died December 18, 2015, after a lengthy illness. Carol was born August 16, 1934, in El Paso. After graduation from Austin High School, she attended The University of New Mexico. She was a member of PEO, The El Paso Junior League, and President (1975-1976), as well as an active member and strong supporter of the El Paso Dental Auxiliary. Carol was a loving mother and wife who had an endless passion and energy for everything she did, and always put that energy into her family and close relationships first. Her spirited nature and elegance will always be remembered.

Carol is survived by her daughter, Janis Paul, her sister, Margaret Rogers, brother- in- law, David Rogers, nephew, Scott Summerford, and cousin, Jo Ellen Feind.

She is preceded in death by her father, Harold Witz, mother, Sylvia Witz, and husband, William (Bill) Robertson. Carol loved her time with her family, friends and treasured Scottish terrier, Todo.

A Memorial Service will be held January 4, 2016 at 11:00 A.M at the Martin Funeral Home West Chapel. Honorary pallbearers, Paul Maxwell, David Rogers, Scott Summerford, John Feind.

The family wishes to thank her caregivers at Home Sweet Home (Dania Sapien) and her Hospice El Paso nurse, Paula Thorton.

In lieu of flowers the family requests a donation be made to Hospice El Paso, El Paso Humane Society, Animal Rescue League or to a charity of your choice.
