Bertha Lee Dowd

Bertha is survived by her son Charles Dowd Jr. (Donna Dowd); and her daughter Mary Dowd; her grandson Jason Dowd, her granddaughter Stephanie Urbina, her grandson Charles Dowd III, her granddaughter Delilah Dowd, her granddaughter Amanda Dowd, her grandson John Dowd Jr., her granddaughter Lynette Potter, her granddaughter Samantha Mathews, her grandson Mark Mathews, her granddaughter Hannah Dowd, her great-grandchild Aysia Urbina, her great-grandchild Easton Mathews and her great-grandchild Silas Mathews.

Bertha was preceded in death by her father John D. Osborn and her mother Edna Garrett Osborn.

She also leaves to cherish her memory her nephew and family, Ricky Osborn, Phyllis Osborn, Brent Osborn, Sheri Osborn, Nate Osborn, Alisha Osborn, Bryson Osborn and her Fur-baby, Daisy

A visitation for Bertha will be held Monday, February 20, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Restlawn, 8817 Dyer Street, El Paso, Texas 79904. A funeral mass will occur Monday, February 20, 2023 at 12:30 PM at Most Holy Trinity Church, 10000 Pheasant Rd, El Paso, Texas 79924. A graveside service will occur Monday, February 20, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, 8700 Dyer Street, El Paso, Texas 79904.
