Belia C. Garcia, 65, passed away on June 29, 2016 in El Paso, TX. She is survived by her daughter Vanessa G. Cotchery, two brothers and four sisters, also one grandchild. Of all the gifts that life has to offer, a loving mother is the greatest of them all. If I know what love is, it is because of you. Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, Friday, July 8, 2016 with a 7:00pm Memorial Service. Interment at a later date.
