Vivian Janis Blackmon Jerry, 73, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2022, in El Dorado, Arkansas at the John R. Williamson Hospice House. She was the daughter of Emmett Glen "Pat" and Dorothy White Blackmon.
Vivian was a homemaker, worked the family chicken houses and enjoyed her Town & Country Florist shop.
She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. She loved to cook for her family and loved to spend time with her grand and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, of 52 years, Tommy Jerry; daughters, Jan Jerry Loftin (Todd) and Casie Jerry Eads; grandchildren, Scott Jerry Loftin (Allyson), Katie Waller (Drew) and Kyle Eads and fiance’ (Ashlyn); great grandchildren, Averi Loftin, Ashton Waller, Amelia Loftin, Sadie Eads, Sable Eads; two more great grandchildren to arrive in 2023; sister, Marilynn Blackmon Taylor and brother, Wayne Blackmon.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M., Saturday, December 31, 2022, at Young’s.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, January 1, 2023, at Young’s Chapel with Rev. Chad White officiating. Burial will follow at Liberty Baptist Cemetery at Lawson, Arkansas under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
