Myra L. Nelson, 90 of El Dorado, AR formerly of Crossett, AR; died on Sunday, May 24, 2020 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock.
Born on November 23, 1929 in Nashville, TN, she was the daughter of Johnnie Harrison White and Thelma Davis White. A homemaker, Myra was an active member of the First United Methodist Church of Crossett. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Carl Edward Nelson and her husband of 68 years Carl Raymond 'Buddy' Nelson.
Survivors are a daughter Karla D Nelson and a son Greg Nelson (Cheryl) all of El Dorado. Along with two sister in laws Rena Simmons of Pine Bluff and Helen Ross (Carroll) of Monticello.
In keeping with the Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommendations regarding public gatherings there will be no public visitation or services at this time. There will be private family graveside at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Nashville, TN.
