She was born June 2, 1971, to Gary and Wanda Richardson in El Dorado, AR. Melanie was a homemaker and loved cooking and taking care of her family.
Melanie is preceded in death by her mother, Wanda Richardson.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of nine years, Brandon Butler; daughter, Sarah Stringfellow; son, Hunter Greer; father, Gary Richardson; aunts, Susie Brown (Charles); Susie Snider (Carol); grandchildren, Hayden and Carson Stringfellow all of El Dorado.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, November 1, 2018, at Young's Funeral Directors.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Young's Funeral Directors.
