She was born Monday, April 26, 1926, in Waterloo, Arkansas to the late William Thomas and Mary Catherine (Harmon) Fraser Sr. Helen was a homemaker and enjoyed shopping and tending to her flower garden.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Morris Brewer; daughter, Molly Miller; brother, Tom Fraser, Jr. and sister, Ruby McCullough.
Helen is survived by her daughter, Robbie Newsom and husband Jim; son-in-law, Dennis Miller; five grandchildren along with several great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held Monday, August 29, 2022 at Smackover Cemetery in Smackover, Arkansas from 10:00 AM until graveside service at 11:00 AM.
