Preceded in death by her parents and a son Donald Glen Bradham; a half -brother, Franklin Waller and her three husbands Pete Bradham, Jim Garrett and Bill Parks.
She is survived by her brother’s grandson, Dr. Wayne Waller, Jr. (Carmen) of Columbus, MS; a step-son, Jim Parks of Benton, AR’ step-daughters, Brenda Bates and Donna Paxton both of Smackover, AR; a special group of caregivers, Mary Slaughter, Pamela McGoogan, Deborah Sindle and all the nurses aids at Hudson Memorial Nursing Home and a friend Leroy Roberson.
The family would like to thank Floy’s caregivers, the staff of Hudson Memorial Nursing Home, Life Touch Hospice and Leroy Roberson for the loving care they provided.
Floy was a member of St. Marks Methodist Church. She loved her church and especially her “Rebecca” Sunday school class. She had worked for John Abbott Architecture in her youth and later was bookkeeper for Channel 10 KTVE. She also volunteered as a MCSA ‘Pink Lady’.
Funeral services will be at 2 pm, Monday, April 1, 2019 in the Chapel of Young’s Funeral Directors with Rev. Winston Roden officiating. Visitation will be an hour prior to service. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Park.
