She was born February 8, 1954 in El Dorado to James H. Meadows and Frankie Rogers Meadows. Cynthia was a homemaker.
Preceding her in death along with her parents were a brother, James Meadows, Jr. a sister, Marilyn Meadows and a step-son, Michael Pumphrey.
Survivors include her husband, Lawrence Pumphrey of Junction City, daughters, Jaime Falcon (Lloyd) of El Dorado and Kim Shelton (Cole) of Stillwater, OK. Also surviving are two step-sons, Bill Pumphrey (Beth) of Ohio and Richard Pumphrey of Junction City and 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 15, 2017, at the Rogers Family Center on Haynesville Highway in Three Creeks. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Young’s Funeral Directors.
