Bryan Randall Martin passed away on May 22, 2020 in El Dorado, Arkansas. He was born on March 21, 1991 to Doyle Randall Martin and Mary Gay Modisette Martin in El Dorado, Arkansas. Bryan was a member of Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church. He surrendered his life to Christ and was saved at the age of 11. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Paul K. Martin and Ruby Martin of Lawson, Arkansas; and A.J. and Katherine Orlease Modisette of Haynesville, Louisiana. Bryan is survived by his father, Doyle Randall Martin of El Dorado; mother, Mary Gay Modisette Martin of El Dorado; and his two sisters, Karri Lyn McDonald (Wayne Ballard) of El Dorado, and Amee Renee Martin (Anthony Lopez) of Austin, Texas. Bryan was a graduate of El Dorado High School, Class of 2009. He played baseball for the El Dorado Wildcats as well as for local tournament traveling teams. He was a graduate of Southern Arkansas University (School of Nursing), BSN Class of 2017. He was very knowledgeable of the medical field and very interested in medical technology. He worked at several ER’s and various local nursing homes. He was a very gifted sketch artist. He also enjoyed deer hunting. Bryan loved his friends and they loved him. Memorial services will be Sunday, June 7th at 2:00 pm at Champagnolle Cemetery in Calion, Arkansas. The service will be conducted by Ronnie Robins of Liberty Baptist Church. Nathan Davis will give the eulogy. Serving as pallbearers are Nathan Davis, David Ulmer, Hunter Brown, Daniel Bryant, Nick Hardin, and Jordan Rigdon. Honorary pallbearers are Matthew Diffie, Nic Cole, Addison George, Paul Anzalone, Cody Brazzel, Reaves Alewine, Jake Cogburn, Josh Blackledge, Dr. Mark Dixon, Robert Dixon, and Wayne Ballard. “But remember, not everything that’s written down is true and not everything true is written down.” -Bf.
