She loved being with her husband and making people feel loved in her home. Tootsie was a mother to many. She enjoyed reading her Bible, watching John Wayne westerns, and traveling to her old home place.
Preceding her in death are her parents; brothers, Edward Thornton, Robert Thornton, Charlie Thornton, Bill Thornton, and twin babies that died at birth; and sisters, Ella Martin, Lillian Thibeau, Beulah Bass, Eulah Bowman.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Willard Frisby, of Louann; they would have celebrated their 66th anniversary on December 14; children, William Frisby (Monica) of Sorrento, LA, Richard Morgan Frisby (Liza P. Frisby) of Gonzales, LA, Rhonda A. Frisby of Galvez, LA, Linda Maureen Wilson (Butch) of Smackover, AR; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, July 11, 2024 at Young's.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 12, 2024 in Young's Chapel with Bro. Robert Thornton officiating. Burial will follow at Smackover Cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors.
