It is with deep sadness we announce the sudden passing of Bill on February 24, 2018.
He is survived by his daughter, Marcella, Valerie; and son, Gerry and their families; his sister, Lois Thivierge and many nieces and nephews; also his dear friend, Debbie Frobel and her family. He was predeceased by his parents, Bill and Yvonne Shillabeer and brothers, Edward and Ken.
Bill will be remembered and greatly missed by his sister, his extended family, and by many of those he helped especially at tax time.
