Thomas Cook passed away in Smoky Lake, Alberta on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at the age of 60 years.
He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Daniel Cook and Wendy Cook (Chris Welyki), his grandchildren, Damian and Brody Welyki, his siblings and their families, Elizabeth, John, Fred, George, Janice, Andrew, William and Robert. Thomas will also be lovingly remembered by numerous other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at Memories Funeral Home, 13403-St. Albert Trail, on Friday, February 4, 2011 at 11:00 AM.
