Otto Willi Barz

March 10, 1934 – September 22, 2010

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Otto Barz on Wednesday, September 22, 2010, following a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 76 years.

Otto will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by his children, Angie (Peter), Charlie (Jana), David (Pearl) and Karen (Bob), grandchildren, Kelly, Lisa, Crystal, Kevin and Daniel, as well as numerous relatives and dear friends. He was predeceased by his loving wife Frieda.

The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation and gratitude to Patricia Martin from palliative care and all the nurses at the University of Alberta Hospital, Unit 5E2.

A celebration of Otto’s life will be held at Memories Funeral Home, 13403- St. Albert Trail, on Monday, September 27, 2010, at 2:00 PM.
