Margaret Anne Schultz

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Margaret (Margo) Anne Schultz, a devoted and loving mother and beloved friend to all those whose lives she touched. Margo passed away on November 3, 2022, at age 79, due to pancreatic cancer.

She was predeceased by her devoted husband of 54 years, Donald, and she leaves behind her daughter Dawn (Jim), son Stephen (Lesley) and her sisters Sharon Gray (Joe) and Diane Maskell (Neil). She was also a loving grandmother to Kennedy, Hannah and Dylan.

Margo was raised in Stewart Valley and lived a full life as a wife, a mother and as a registered nurse. She spent her long career working with the Medicentres and was able to explore and live in various locations around the world due to Donald’s career in the Canadian Armed Forces. Margo loved to read, bake and was highly skilled with knitting needles. She enjoyed playing cards and looked forward to her weekly “wine in the park” gatherings. Most of all, she loved her family and instilled strong values in her children that will serve them well. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Margo’s memory can be made directly to the Cancer Society.
