It is with deepest sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved daughter, Karen Hovde. Karen passed away peacefully after a very long illness and hospitalization on September 25th 2024.
Karen leaves behind her daughter Nikayla (Kory) and grandsons Colt and Ryett; her brothers Rob (Carla), and Richard (Katie); and nephews Ethan, Blake and Benjamin; as well as her parents Ida and Brian Gibson.
At this time the family would like to extend their gratitude and thanks to the staff at St. Josephs Auxiliary Hospital for their care and compassion over the 16 years Karen was a resident there. Also, many thanks to Dr. Walter Wash and Dr. Bradstock for their care and support of Karen and her family.
There will be a small celebration of life ceremony for family and friends at Hainstock's Funeral Home on Friday October 11th at 11:00 a.m.
