passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2013,
at the age of 34 years.
She is survived by her loving family;
parents Gail and Jim Petrie;
sister; Chrissy, niece; Tameka,
nephew; Damon, along with
maternal grandparents; Edna and Wilf Perreault,
and numerous other
family and dear friends.
Elissa is predeceased by her
paternal grandparents; Nora and Ed Petrie.
