Josie leaves to cherish her memory, her daughters, Debbie (Earl) Nixon, Karen (Tim) Gartner and Kathy (Gary) Neumann; five grandchildren, Jodi, Jesse (Brittany) and Jerri-Ann Gartner and Jolan and Jayden (Courtney) Neumann and her sister, Jean Harle.
She was predeceased by her husband Jack in 1999.
A Memorial Service will take place on Monday, March 25th at 11:00 am at Hainstock’s Funeral Home, 9810- 34 Ave NW Edmonton, AB.
Interment will take place at a later date.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the U of A Hospital and St. Joseph’s Auxiliary Hospital Palliative Care Unit for their unending care and compassion thru mom’s final days.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to either Covenant Health St. Joseph’s Auxiliary Hospital or the Cross Cancer Institute.
