Following a brief time in hospital, Bev passed away peacefully on the evening of October 1, surrounded by family. She is survived by her husband Tom, son Ian (Amanda), granddaughter Claire, daughter Janna (Mackenzie), and brothers Doug (Donna), Richard (Bonnie), Don (Alison), & Dennis, as well as many nieces & nephews.
She was predeceased by her Father Ross Ireland (2005) and Mother Anne Margaret (1999). She will also be sorely missed by her many friends, colleagues and community members.
In lieu of a service, an informal celebration of life will be held at the Snow Valley Lodge in Edmonton on Wednesday October 11 from 1-4PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity of your choice in her honour.
Bev led a full and adventurist life full of happiness and laughs. We are comforted to know she had no regrets. She shared herself and her story generously to those she was closest to, and those stories are the gift she has left behind for all of us.
