Celeste Ivy Nazaretiz, 7, of Edmond, Oklahoma was born August 20, 2014 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Celeste enjoyed reading books and coloring. She loved her LOL dolls and pink was her favorite color. She attended 2nd grade at Washington Irving Elementary School in Edmond, Oklahoma. She was the little buddy to her uncles, Bear and Steele, and her Papa Jeremy’s heart. Celeste wanted to be just like her mama, she was her mini-me.
Jackson Letrec Watson, 3, of Edmond, Oklahoma was born June 11, 2018 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Jackson had a passion for riding his grandpa’s horse, being in the country was his favorite. He loved turkeys and puppies. He attended Creme de la Creme in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was Sabrina’s rough and tumble boy, he had so much energy. Jackson’s favorite thing in the world was spending time with his sisters Celeste, Stella, and Winter.
Winter Isabella Watson, 8 months, of Edmond, Oklahoma was born May 10, 2021 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Winter was the newest addition to the Watson family. She was the apple of Brandon and Sabrina’s eye. She was a sweet baby girl, who was always smiling and happy. Winter was the missing piece they needed to complete their family.
Sabrina, Celeste, Jackson, and Winter went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 7, 2022 in Texas.
Sabrina Marie Watson, 25, of Edmond, Oklahoma was born March 8, 1996 in Seattle, Washington to parents Perry Nazaretiz and Meckisha Celeste Gregory. Sabrina graduated High School in 2014. Following this was the birth of her first child Celeste Ivy. She then attended school at The Academy of Hair Design in 2020 and graduated later that year. She went on to have a career as a beautician at AnnElyse Salon & Spa in Bethany, Oklahoma. Sabrina made the decision to serve her country, and with that she entered the Army National Guard in 2015 where she served as a Chaplains Assistant. In her time in the National Guard she was called to assist with the Hurricane Harvey Relief in Texas, this is where she met her soulmate Brandon Watson in September of 2017. Brandon was working as a Combat Medic in the National Guard and recalls “I knew she was the one, standing there with no makeup on and in her dirty uniform from working all day. She was perfect on the inside and out and it was love at first sight.”
After hitting it off, Brandon and Sabrina were overjoyed to find out that they were expecting not one, but two angels; Stella and Jackson. Celeste was happy to learn she would become a big sister. Brandon says it was a shock to have twins because it doesn’t run in either of their families. Fast forward 6 months later while on vacation in Guam, Brandon asked Sabrina to be his wife forever. They had an intimate ceremony 8 months later and planned to have Sabrina’s dream wedding on September 6, 2022.
Sabrina’s dream job was to be a mother and wife, and in her time here she accomplished both. Her family filled her with so much love and joy.
During Brandon and Sabrina’s time together they lived in Moore, Oklahoma City, Seattle, and back to Edmond, Oklahoma where they settled down, purchasing their first home together in June of 2021.
They felt that their family was yet to be complete and planned again for another child. They were blessed once again with their special baby girl on May 10, 2021.
Sabrina loved God and Jesus with all of her heart. Brandon recalls holding bible studies in their home and praying together every night. God was the foundation of their family. Sabrina had a unique laugh, and would always know what to say to uplift someone going through a hard time. She had a servants heart, and she always wanted to be there as a support for those to lean on. This shines through in her work with the National Guard. She had shared recently with Brandon that she wanted to go back to college to become a Chaplain so she could continue to serve others.
Brandon asks, that everyone cherishes the life they have. It is short and not every day is promised, no one is guaranteed tomorrow. So love the time you have to the fullest, and put God first. Brandon knows in his heart his loving Sabrina, Celeste, Jackson, and Winter are all waiting to be reunited with him and their siblings again.
They are survived by husband and father, Brandon Watson; daughter and sister, Stella Watson; son and brother, Ayden Watson; and a host of friends and family.
