Neil graduated from Edmond Memorial High School in 1980. He worked with his father from a very young age, where he developed his skills as one of the best cement finishers. In later years he worked for the State of Oklahoma as well as establishing his own concrete contracting business. His family enjoys remembering the days when he would sit at the kitchen table along with his father talking concrete and life.
Neil’s heart was tender and his hugs and kisses were strong as was his love for his family and friends. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time at the lake with loved ones. You never had to question what he was thinking or how he felt about things or you because he was sure to let you know. He will always be remembered as the life of the party.
A celebration of Neil’s life will be held at Baggerley Funeral Home, 930 South Broadway, Edmond, OK 73034 at 2:00pm on Thursday, November 7, 2013 with interment to follow at Gracelawn Cemetery, Edmond, OK. For those who wish to make a monetary contribution in lieu of flowers, an account has been set up at Bank of Oklahoma in the name of Neil Woolley.
