Linda’s parents were John L. Leniger and Elizabeth A. Glover. She leaves behind three children: Lorene G. Lehr (Snowden), John W. Lehr, and Felicia I. Lehr (Jones); six grandchildren: Brandon Lehr, Anthony Holmes, Charles Holmes, Cameron Lehr, Christopher Lehr, and Amber Jones; and five great-grandchildren.
Linda lived a long life that was full of good memories, and grew up with a tight-knit group of lifelong friends and family. She and her family were involved with the IOOF lodge for decades.
Linda truly loved fishing and usually there was some hilarious memory or story that followed each fishing adventure. She also enjoyed game night, playing many different card games with friends and family, which were filled with jokes and laughter. She had a great love for horses and even a talent for painting, as well as drawing them. Ceramics and cake decorating were other hobbies she enjoyed and perused for a number of years. She loved western books and movies; her favorite was John Wayne movies. She dearly loved numerous pets over the years, too; she raised poodles, chihuahuas, and birds. Bingo was another pass time she enjoyed, she always came home with ink on her hands...we always wondered how she managed to dob herself so much!
Linda worked along side her parents in the family owned and operated upholstery business for over 30 years. She also did professional ironing with her long-time friends Janell Pryor and Linda Segress, till she eventually had to retire.
Linda was a sweet woman who loved her children, grandchildren and her pets who she thought of as her fur babies. She will be missed very much!
