Charlotte Teresa (Womack) Gibson was born December 13, 1944 in Ryan, Oklahoma to parents Charley J. and Elizabeth Jean Womack. She departed earth and entered Heaven on June 24, 2021 at 5:09 pm, in Edmond, Oklahoma.
Charlotte truly believed in and loved God; and God truly loved her. She loved her friends and neighbors at her retirement apartment complex. They all loved making and sharing food dishes and exchanging holiday and birthday cards; they would tape them to each other’s doors.
Charlotte made and kept prayer requests for her family and friends. She wrote down scripture verses she needed and loved, daily. She claimed those scriptures and stood on them in faith as she prayed for her family and friends. She loved life and wished and prayed for the best it had to offer for all of her family and friends.
Charlotte was saddened when her health became such a hindrance, limiting what she could do and where she could go. She loved animals; especially little dogs and cats. She was broken-hearted when she wasn’t able to keep and care for a pet any more.
Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents and three-month old son, Donald “Donnie” Wayne Robinson. She is survived by her sister, Shirley Ring of Noble, OK; daughter, Renea Robinson of Edmond, OK; sons: Charles Scot Robinson of Lawton, OK, Daniel Eugene Robinson of Helena, OK, and Samuel James Robinson of Bethany, OK; grandsons, Samuel Lee Williams, Jr. and his wife Starla of Edmond, OK, and Jesse Cole Robinson of Yukon, OK; great-granddaughter, Paislee Elizabeth Ann Williams; step great-granddaughter, Tru Whittaker; nieces, Stacey Shivers of Keys, OK and Patty Knight of Oklahoma City, OK; and many great-nieces, cousins, friends, and other loved ones.
Now Charlotte is in Heaven with family, awaiting the rest of us to join them.
