Pasquale J. Genovese

Pasquale J. Genovese, age 79, of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2022 while in the loving care of the Lehigh Valley Pocono - Hospice House. He was the loving husband of 47 years to JoAnn Bartone before her passing in 2015. Pasquale was born July 17, 1942 in Italy. He was the son of Mario and Carlina Scalzo Genovese.

Pasquale was a truck driver his whole life, he was employed by Versacold. He enjoyed fixing cars, the Dallas Cowboys and was a wine enthusiast. He was an United States Army Veteran and served in Vietnam.

He was a member of St. Matthew's Roman Catholic Church along with his wife Joann.

Those left to cherish his memory include his children; Michael Genovese and Carolyn Camara with her husband Jorge: grandchildren; Amber (Nick), Joseph (Mariella), Michael and Jason: great grandchildren; Aiden, JoAnna and Charlotte.

A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday June 14, 2022 from 2:00-4:00 followed immediately by a prayer service at Lanterman & Allen Funeral Home Inc. 27 Washington St. East Stroudsburg PA 18301. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
