Malinda Louise Blevins

Malinda Louise Blevins, age 75, fulfilled her earthly journey December 18th 2023 as she transcended to her heavenly home. She was born May 20th 1948 to Thomas J. Hensley and Edna L. Eddington. She Graduated from Central High School in 1967. Malinda was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert R. Blevins “Bob” whom she missed daily.

Malinda worked at First Tennessee Bank on Broad Street for over 36 years where she well known and loved by many.

She was also preceded in death by her aforementioned parents and brothers, Jim Hensley, Charles Eddington and James McCullough.

She is survived by her Daughter Shelly “Jerry” Brock, Stepson, Robert R “Tracey” Blevins Jr., Brothers, Eddie Eddington and Robert Eddington, Brother-in-Law, Charles “Buddy” Blevins, her grandchildren, Boston Trace “Haven” Boatner, John Garret Blevins and McKenzie Rae Blevins, Great-Grandchildren, Brodie Kash Boatner and Jayce Alexander Hill, several special Nieces and Nephews as well as numerous lifelong friends.

The family will be receiving friends at the Wauhatchie Methodist Church, 3401 Cummings Hwy, Chattanooga TN 37419 on Friday December 22, 2023 from 3-6pm EST with a Celebration of Life to follow at 6:00 pm.

Malinda was an angel on earth! She always wanted to help and love. Heaven has gained a heart of gold and she will be greatly missed. Please pray for the family during these hard times.
