Irene McCormick, 93, passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2016. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Red Bank, TN.
Mrs. McCormick was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. John W. McCormick; parents, Elbert and Emma Elswick Fisher; three sisters, Verda Nuzum, Ellen Rhea and Dorothy Nichols.
Survivors include two sons, John W. (Jacqueline) McCormick and David N. (Dianne) McCormick; one daughter, Joan F. Winkler; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Saturday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road with Rev. Dwight Martin officiating. Burial will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Friday and from 1-2 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
