Ruth Ann Gale

She was born March 19, 1938 in Murphysboro, IL to Reba Moorman. She married Dennis Gale on Sept. 8, 1955 in Peoria. He passed away July 27, 1994 in Peoria. She was also preceded in death by her mother, one son, Dennis E. Gale, two sisters: Virginia Swetland, Melva McCaleb, and one brother, Larry Timmons.

Survivors include three daughters: Tina (Tim) Patterson of East Peoria, Kim Meints of Columbia, SC, Marsha Gale of El Paso, IL, seven grandchildren: Christina Gesford of East Peoria, Tim Patterson of East Peoria, Christopher Patterson of East Peoria, Ashley Meints of Pekin, Alexis Meints of Springfield, IL, Gabrielle Meints of Sunnyland, and Brandon Gale of Pekin. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and one sister, Rebecca Cantrell of Smithland, KY.

Graveside services will be Friday, Dec. 9, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Lakeside Cemetery in Pekin, IL.
