She was born March 9, 1947 in Anderson, Indiana to Arthur and Betty (Hook) Abel. She married John Wall, Jr on March 8, 1980 in Peoria. He passed away February 4, 2014 in Peoria. She was also preceded in death by her father, one son, Jason Wall and two grandchildren: Damien and Ariel.
Survivors include her mother of Anderson, Indiana, one son, John Wall of East Peoria, one sister, Martha Jones of Anderson, Indiana, several nieces, nephews, and cousins, and three close friends: Georgette Huser, Angie Rennie, and Kenny Skoz.
Helen worked as a Home Care Giver. She was a member of the Trinity Church in Morton.
A Celebration of Helen's Life will be Monday, November 21, 2022 at 11 a.m. at the Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services.
Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery in Peoria.
Memorials may be made to the Trinity Church in Morton.
