Bonnie Lou Roe

Bonnie was born July 16, 1951 in Peoria, the daughter of Harlan & Delores VanHecke Krug. She married Bob Roe January 23, 2004.

She is survived by her husband of nine years; one son, Tim Gardner of Hendersonville, TN; one daughter, Tammy (Kevin) Donath of Pekin; three grandchildren, Trenton Gardner, Jacob Donath, and Ryan Donath; four brothers, James Wilson of FL, Allen Baldwin , Curtis (Nicole) Baldwin, Lawrence Baldwin all of Vermont, IL; three sisters, Donna Cunningham of Mackinaw, Valerie (Gary) Land, and Alicia Baldwin both of E. Peoria; Many nieces and nephews; and a life long best friend Sandy Bruening-Sams..

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, and her step-father, Albert A. Baldwin Jr.; two sisters, Sue Ellen Krug, and Sandra K. Goodwin.

She was a self-employed hairdresser for many years. She was currently employed by the Par A Dice as a casino dealer. She will be best remembered for her beautiful eyes and wonderful smile.

Bonnie was very proud to receive her new NRA card in the mail lately. She enjoyed crafting, home improvement projects, fast cars, dancing and music She recently enjoyed creating life-like new born dolls, but above all else she loved her family and enjoyed their time together.

Cremation rites will be accorded.

A memorial service will be at 7:00 p.m. September 10, 2013 at Remmert Funeral Home. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service
