Audrey L. Johnson

Audrey L. Johnson, age 85, of Washington, passed away Saturday, Jan. 20, 2018 at 6:59 p.m. at the OSF St Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

She was born Oct. 26, 1932 in Pekin to Richard and Elmina (Widdows) Pfeiffer. She married Reavis Johnson on Sep. 22, 1956 in Corinth, MS. He passed away Dec. 31, 2007 in Peoria. She was also preceded in death by her parents, one grandson, Timothy Johnson, and two brothers: Dick and George Pfeiffer.

Survivors include one daughter, Teri Johnson of Washington, three sons: David (Darlene) Johnson of Arlington, Texas, George (Elizabeth) Johnson of Pekin, Michael (Carolyn) Johnson of East Peoria, thirteen grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.

Audrey was a Homemaker, enjoyed crafting, and spending time working in her yard.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria. Rev. Rick Hiatt will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services on Wednesday.

Burial will be in Hillcrest Memory Gardens in Washington.
