Renee’ Ann Little, 75, of Lansing, Michigan, passed away on December 28, 2023. She was born on December 18, 1948, in Lansing, Michigan, to the late Wayne and Shirley Parish. Renee’ was a woman of remarkable beauty and a kind-hearted soul. Her infectious laughter brought joy to every room she entered. She possessed a spirited personality and her genuine smile always conveyed her good intentions. Renee’s love knew no bounds and was unwavering.
Renee’ shared countless adventures with her beloved husband, Don R. Little (Bob), as they traveled across the Midwest, the Rockies, the Appalachians, and even down to the Keys. They found solace in each other’s company and cherished their time together. She was also an avid sports enthusiast, passionately following everything Detroit, the Michigan State Spartans, and horse racing, golfing, tennis, and Texas Hold ‘em Poker tournaments. Sports held a special place in her heart, and she never missed an opportunity to witness the thrill of the game.
Survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Don R. Little (Bob) and daughter, Bridget R. Spencer (Little), Renee’ leaves behind a legacy of cherished memories. She was also a beloved sister to Mary Lee Kelts (Candi), Greg Parish, Monica Battle-Parish, Jeff Parish, David Parish, and a dear aunt to Emily Vesta Emerson-Rich, James Parish, Shoni Walt (Kelts), Teresa Sherman (Kelts), Nicole Dorr (Parish), Jenny Jones (Parish), Kirk Parish, Michelle Parish, niece, Dawn Parish, Sean Parish, Desiree Kniat (Parish), Sammy-Jo Parish-Deater, Shane Parish, Kyle Parish, and Kayla Parish. She was preceded in death by her father, Wayne Parish, her mother, Shirley Parish, her uncle Charles Treadwell (Chuck), her uncle Jerry Treadwell, her aunt Patricia LoPresti (Treadwell), her uncle Norman Treadwell (Norm), nephew, Damien Parish, her brother Michael Parish, her brother Dale Parish, and her niece Tiffany Parish.
Renee’ dedicated over 25 years of her life to Krogers, a company she held dear. She worked tirelessly at their main campus in Okemos, Michigan, and her commitment and loyalty were unmatched.
Renee’ found solace and strength in her faith and was a devoted member of St. Thomas Aquinas of East Lansing.
In her leisure time, Renee’ found joy in her passions. She loved exploring new destinations, creating cherished memories with her family, and embracing the wonders of the world. She treasured the moments spent with her daughter, Bridget, and shared many hours watching the neighbors ride their horses, relishing in the simple pleasures of life.
A traditional Celebration of Life will be held on February 4, 2024, at 1pm at King Arthur’s Court, 2201 E. State Rd, Lansing, MI 48906. Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home, situated at 1730 E. Grand River Ave, East Lansing, MI, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
The passing of Renee’ Ann Little leaves a void that can never be filled. Her loved ones and all those who were fortunate enough to know her will forever carry her memory in their hearts. May she rest in eternal peace.
