Patsy spent decades providing child care in her home. She found much joy in caring for children and made a lasting impression on so many of them. Some of the children that she cared for, many years ago, continued to visit her as adults. She enjoyed gardening, reading, puzzles, word search, and going to garage sales. Mostly, Patsy treasured her time spent with her late husband, Jim and spending time with her family.
Patsy is survived by her two children, daughter, Deborah Cummings and her husband, Dave and son, Kenneth Black and his wife, Karen; four grandchildren, Kaila Black, Kelsey Black and her fiancé, Cameron Cleminson, Taylor Cummings, Alec Cummings; sister-in-law, Rita Fagan; brother, Ralph McKimmy and his wife, Rebecca; niece, Shirley Graham. She was preceded in death by her dear husband, James E. Fagan.
