Patricia Ann (Patty) was born in August of 1958 to Anthony and Carmelita (Sanchirico) Calore. She graduated from White Plains (NY) High School in 1976, received her Bachelor Degree at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, in 1980, and went on to receive her J.D. at the Washington & Lee University, School of Law, Lexington, VA in 1983, where she was second in her class. She spent the first half of her career at Foster Swift Collins & Smith, where she was an equity partner, and finished her career working in the Tax Policy Division of the Michigan Department of Treasury. She was a member of Phi Beta Kappa Society, and a member of a honor society for United States law school graduates called Order of the Coif.
Leaving to cherish her memory are her parents, Anthony and Carmelita Calore (Wesley Chapel, NC), husband of 34 years Michael Bommarito (Okemos); their children, Michael Bommarito II, Paige (Brian Leu) Bommarito (Carrboro, NC), Ethan Bommarito (Okemos); brothers, James (Lynda) Calore (Warrington, PA), William (Mia) Calore (Franklin, MI), brother-in-law Larry Kramer (Wesley Chapel, NC); and grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Patricia loved running, gardening, Disney, and spending time with her family.
She was predeceased by her sister Michelle.
