Judith Ann Kautz, 80, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease. Born November 20, 1937 in Alpena, Michigan to Spencer and Thelma (Newell) MacKenzie, Judy received an Associate's Degree from Alpena Community College. She moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin with her husband, Harry J. Kautz, where she worked as a successful realtor and was active in civic, school, and church organizations - a practice she continued throughout her life. She enjoyed her family and many friends, and she traveled extensively with Harry throughout their marriage. She loved to read, golf, and play bridge, and she was skilled at all three.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Judith will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 61 years, Harry James Kautz; her son, Steven Kautz; her daughter, Suzanne Kautz.
Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday, September 18 at 11:00am at Grace Lutheran Church, 119 W Dunbar St, Alpena, MI 49707.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
