Age 80, died May 30, 2015; born July 10, 1934 in Michigan to Kenneth and Carrie Cox. Helen was a resident of the Perry, MI area most of her life. She loved family gatherings, bowling, going to casinos, the out of doors, gardening, flowers, and fishing. She was a VERY independent woman!! Surviving are her husband of 60 years, Duane; daughters, Debra Ann Schmidt and Terri Schmidt; sons, Michael (Karen) Schmidt and Scott (Sherry) Schmidt; 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society, Mid-Michigan Office, 1755 Abbey Road, East Lansing, MI 48823 in memory of Helen.
