Dellarippa, peacefully entered into eternal life to join her beloved husband on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at Middlesex Hospital. Born in Rome, Italy on March 7, 1929, a daughter of the late Enrico and Assunta (Colmegna) Pirola, she had been a resident of East Hartford since 1954. She was always willing to help and see the best in everyone. She enjoyed her flower gardens, humming birds, butterflies, and playing her “scratch off” tickets. Most of all, she was a proud and dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother who cherished every moment with her family and friends.
Emma is survived by two daughters, Cynthia M. Obst of East Hartford and Lebanon who was also her mother’s special caregiver, and Mary E.A. Dellarippa of East Hartford; three sons, Michael P.
