Adeline Mary (Vidal) Taylor, 89, of Southington, beloved wife of the late Harold Taylor, passed on Friday, October 12, 2018. Born in New York on August 16, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Emilio and Teresa (Panedo) Vidal. Adeline worked as a seamstress before and after raising her children. A loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Adeline will be forever missed by her three children, Diane Wade and husband Gil of Southington, with whom she made her home, Charles Taylor of East Hartford and Mark Taylor and wife Lisa of East Haddam; Daughter-in-law Sandi (Petrello) Taylor; six adored grandchildren, Richard, Robert, Emma, Adam, Valerie and Christopher; one cherished great-grandson, Kayleb and five special step great-grandchildren, Samantha, Austin, Gunner, Isabella and Jaykob. She is also survived by her sister, Helen DiMisa of North Carolina, as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family members. She was predeceased by five sisters and one brother.
Calling hours will be Sunday (October 21) from 1-2:30 p.m. concluding with a service at 2:30 p.m. at the D’Esopo-East Hartford Memorial Chapel, 30 Carter St., East Hartford. Burial will be Monday (October 22) at 10 a.m. at Hillside Cemetery, Hillside St., East Hartford.
