My heart goes out to the Lukasik family.  Having attended Newfane school and riding the bus with Paul, he was always a joy to talk with; he was such a sweet kind hearted person.  Paul extended friendship, love, and grace to everyone he met, no matter their status in life or if it was the first time or the 100th time of greeting them.  His smile was always infectious and I am sure he is making all the angels smile right now as he gains his angel wings amongst them.

When I first met Paul ( and Dan) they came with their Mom to visit Diane and I , who were living in our apt  while we were going to college , in Grandma Sakora’s neighborhood. The two of them, dear brothers, were each so sweet, so full of potential and surrounded by love. I see Paul to be surrounded now by all the love and comfort he so richly deserved There is music in his heart and  that Paul-smile on his lips.

My heart is broken after hearing about the death of such a kind and gentle person.  I met Paul many years ago at a movie group in Buffalo.  He was such a good person.  Sadly, he told me that he was related to one of my classmates from John F. Kennedy High School whose name was Luke Lukasic who died at a very young age.  I am so sorry to hear about Paul's death.  May his soul have eternal joy and peace in the presence of the Lord.

Condolences to the Lukasik family. Always difficult losing a beloved brother. God’s comfort to you all!

To his HS best buddies, he was Luke. I adored this man. The memories of teenage to young adult Luke are filled with friendship, parties, music, kindness, and love. Luke, Nadine Lange, Dee Dee Lisman, and I were often found together laughing, having serious discussions, or up to some sort of mischief. We just plain had fun. The last time I saw him in person was at my wedding in 1989, but we remained in touch for years after. Life goes on and gets busy, but I always thought I would see him again. It breaks my heart lose this dream. I am so sorry for your family’s loss. Please know he was loved. 

I love and miss my baby brother so much. My heart is broken by his passing. He struggled for years with mental illness. But, his sprit shone through. He fell down so many times in his life. But, heroically got back up until he just could not go on anymore. 

He had a brilliant mind and a deep spiritual yearning to find love and peace in his troubled heart. He loved music, yoga, reading, spirituality, and helping people. God rest his soul. He will always live on in our hearts. I love you, Paul.

My sincere sympathy goes out to everyone who loved Paul. My favorite memories of Paul, was at the house in Lockport. Danny, Paul, Larry and I jumping on the bed like it was a trampoline.  And playing hide and seek. We found him up in the ceiling attic crawl space. We always had fun whenever we got together. Thank you, Paul for the fun childhood memories we shared. Dear Dan, Wally, Diane and Tony,
     I'm very sorry for you loss. As Dan knows, I had enormous respect for Paul. I saw him briefly some years ago at the Original Pancake House with your late mother. I believe you were celebrating her  birthday. Before that, Paul was an expert on a case of mine. He was brilliant in his field and I'll never forget the impression he made on my client and her family. He was both enthusiastic and brilliant in his support of her case. 
    May he rest in peace.
